Can the Secura Duxtop 9100MC 1800W Induction Cooktop Boil Water?

I've been trying to explore new ways to use the excess energy that my off-grid system is producing. Since my electric range is still connected to the grid because of the amount of power it consumes, I thought I would try one of these induction cooktops.
