Rock Art designs are super cool. These Native Americans made pictographs. The valley has many native american areas that are falling victim to urbanization. We found these many years ago and have loved sharing them with others.

This was an adventure we went on this past Sunday. Navajo Grandma would take us kids on so many drives and adventures on Sundays. Sundays have become a great day to get out and explore and spend time with family.

As a child growing up Navajo Grandma would get us into mountains and try to find an adventure for us. Many of the stories Navajo Grandma shares with her audience have been shared with us her children.

In many ways Navajo Grandma has inspired our channel "Life is Ohana" and the importance of sharing happiness and love with our own family and friends.

As you watch this video you can have a good idea of how Navajo Grandma raised her children when they were young.
