Humming Bee Breath or Brahmari Pranayama, is a breathing technique also found in my resilience program from session 7. It is a breathing activity to help focus attention and help to lengthen the outbreath which has a calming effect and is great when feeling stressed or over-tired.

This breath is excellent for diffusing negative emotions.

Humming Bee Breath can be practiced anytime. In the classroom you could practice this after lunch to refocus and end a rich learning day.
