As the Order of Preachers celebrates its 800th year, we, the Dominican friars – priests, cooperator-brothers, and student-brothers – of Santo Domingo Convent, Quezon City, Philippines, humbly present this video in thanksgiving to God for the graced gift of a preaching life.

The song is the official hymn of the Jubilee of the Order of Preachers. This video is an effort of our conventual community, our simple contribution to the celebration of the Order.

We invite you to join us as we savor the scenes of our encounter with the Word-made-Flesh, Jesus Christ, whom we preach. Share in the stories of our growth in the heritage Dominic handed on to us. We ask you to pray for us as we, in the words of Pope Francis, “look to the past with gratitude, live the present with passion, and embrace the future with hope” – praising, blessing, preaching.
