This Shinobu's Vow Arc Hunter Build allows Guardians to SPAM Skip Grenades consistently while Jolting everything around! The ability of having INFINITE Skip Grenades up allows for some of the BEST Ad Clear in the game while still doing some INSANE damage as well! Every Hunter NEEDS to test this build out because Shinobu's Vow is a sleeper Exotic for Arc Hunters!! The FULL build is below via Destiny Item Manager.
