There are things we can do to help someone with PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder). It is normal for human beings to experience stress after a disturbing event.

Whether it be a car accident, bankruptcy, war or someone's death. Whatever it is, it will naturally trigger some post-traumatic stress. No one is ever wrong for the way they feel. So how do you help someone dealing with PTSD? It starts with listening.
