The Yellow Ribbon Program is expanding on August 1, 2018, to include Fry Scholarship and Purple Heart recipients. If not already fully entitled to Post-9/11 GI Bill benefits, honorably discharged Veterans will be eligible at the 100 percent benefit level for up to 36 months if they have been awarded a Purple Heart on or after September 11, 2001.
