Recipe for Salsa Verde

2 pounds fresh tomatillos, washed and husked
2 medium sweet onions
3 jalapenos
8 cloves fresh garlic
2 large bell peppers
1 bunch fresh cilantro
enough olive oil for a light drizzle
1/2 cup lime juice
1 Tablespoon apple cider vindegar
2 teaspoons salt
