Had a problem with this Managing Assets mission. Had to do a few things to get around to it, so I can still unlock achievements. Hopefully I still can.

Slow progress for this game. Slowly but surely. You'll see some lag skips and all that because I'm using WifI connection in where I'm living as of now. Sorry for the inconvenience. Hopefully I get a better internet connection soon.
