In this episode of How to Drink, I’m making a cocktail called the Ramos Gin Fizz that was made famous by Henry C. Ramos in New Orleans in the 1880’s. There aren’t many heavy cream cocktails like this one and after taking a sip you will understand why: it’s delicious. Cheers!

Ramos Gin Fizz Ingredients:
- 2 oz or 60 ml of Gin
- .25 oz or 7 ml of Simple Syrup
- .25 oz or 7 ml of Lemon Juice
- .25 oz or 7 ml of Lime Juice
- 1 oz or 30 ml of Heavy Cream
- 3 Drops Orange
- Flower Water
- Top with Seltzer
- Egg White
