To blend
Dry chillies around 25 to 30 depends on how many eggs we take
Big onion 1
Garlic 4 cloves
To fry the eggs
Coconut oil 2 tbsp
Tumeric powder 1/2 tsp
Salt

Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Fennel seeds 1/2 tsp
1 big onion
1 tomato
Curry leaves 2 sprigs
Salt
Asam jawa
Brown sugar ( OPTIONAL)
