Описание к видео Lyndsay's Guided Untherapy Inner Child Adventure

This is a recording of the 3/29/2020 TikTok Live with guest, Lyndsay @patternchasr
Lyndsay is brand new to the concept of Untherapy.
Learn along with her as I take her through the four steps (referred to as pillars in this video) of Untherapy and take her on a guided life-changing journey, all in about an hour.
Will she get to the destination she desires?
The four pillars are:
1) Start with the end in mind
Decide to work on what isn't working
Feel into what is wrong or out of alignment with your preferences
Feel into what would make it right, in alignment, or preferable
Pick a mantra that represents the desire to feel that good

2) Create a safe container:
We're going on an epic adventure of the imagination. It's going to get scary, sticky, and confusing.
This is the part where we get to know the three inner parts of ourselves that will accompany us on this journey and keep us grounded and safe.
The journey is headed up by our Inner Child, whose personality is our Force of Nature (Wind, Fire, Ocean, or Mountain)
The journey is facilitated by our Inner Manager, whose personality is our Tendency (based on Gretchen Rubin's Four Tendencies)-Rebel, Upholder, Questioner, or Obliger.
The journey is supported by our Inner Guide, which represents our divine connection to Source, Christed Consciousness, God, the I AM.

3) Curiosity in the face of danger:
We find the place in our body where the problem is headquartered and imagine a door there.
Our Inner Child steps through the door and goes on an epic adventure, interacting with the various aspects that they choose to notice and ask questions about.
We tap (emotional freedom technique) to grease the wheels of our emotions and keep the journey moving forward regardless of what we encounter.
We repeat our original mantra any time we need a little extra reassurance about why we are doing this or where we are going.
Once we are done (for any or no reason), we circle the three parts of ourselves into a delicious group hug and imagine them absorbing into our heart center.

4) Channel wisdom into usable form:
We write down all answers we can easily think of to the following question:
"What do I now know that I didn't know before?"
We allow this knowledge to create more mantras that can be revisited and used to remind us of what we now know.
