PUNK ROCK SUNDAY | Stiff Little Fingers | Alternative Ulster | with Chords and Tab

I used my 1979 Yamaha SG500 on this cover of the Stiff Little Fingers classic "Alternative Ulster", from their 1979 album Inflammable Material.

I've included tab and chord diagrams in the video so that you can get playing this legendary Punk Rock song asap. I tried to play the parts as Jake played them back in the day. I used a Marshall JTM45, with a Klon, setting on my Kemper for hopefully what is a reasonably accurate sound for the era.

1979 was a great time to be getting into music - loud guitars everywhere. From the NWOBHM to the frenetic sounds of bands like SLF. I'm a big fan.

I thought I would resurrect "Punk Rock Sunday" with this fine song.
