On July 16th 2022 Goldberg was interviewed by SHAK Wrestling. In this clip Goldberg defends himself for the first time against the dirt sheet accusations of him changing the outcome to the finish of his match with Bray Wyatt. Dirt sheets were spreading rumors of Goldberg demanding to win the match against Bray. Goldberg says he flew out to Saudi Arabia prepared to lose the match, somehow when he arrived the match outcome was changed. In the full interview Goldberg says in the past with WCW he once did not agree with a match with Jericho because he felt his character did not need to be involved with comedy. But not in a million years would he have tried to sabotage the match with The Fiend Bray Wyatt. Goldberg would love the opportunity to meet up with Bray and make sure Bray doesn't think Goldberg was responsible for the match finish being changed.
