Captain Hooch goes on an angry rant about a packaging mishap for his latest online purchase.

Valve's customer support has replied to me and is investigating the issue. So here's hoping it gets resolved quickly.

Valve Customer Support will be shipping me a new controller, no word on if it will be overnighted although considering the circumstances I think it they should overnight it.

I seriously have no idea how this happened. I'm not posting this to bash Valve or Fed Ex, stuff happens. It's just my first bad experience with ordering things online. I've filed support tickets with Valve and FedEx over the issue and one way or another I should get my money back or a new steam controller shipped to me.
