Deep meditation session, theta waves, isochronic beats. From 14 Hz to 5 Hz (00:17:00 for 20 minutes) , and then up to 10 Hz (00:41:00).

Find a quiet place, start the session, close your eyes and relax.

You can use headphones or speakers (not laptop embedded speakers), but if you use speakers remember that brainwave altering sounds can affect anyone around you who can hear the sounds: you must be shure that they want to hear this brainwave entrainment session and that they are not prone to seizures.

Don't listen:
while driving or operating machinery
if you are epileptic
if you are prone to seizures
if you are using a pacemaker
if you are pregnant
if you are under influence of drugs (legal or illegal), alcohol or mood altering substances and/or medication
