Both maca root and horny goat weed are powerful herbs which tend to be consumed in capsule and powdered format. Both are great but it depends on your goals, my current goals of strength and leanness are aided by both of these herbs, so i combine them both, so although this video compares them in a VS format, there is nothing stopping you from mixing the two.
