Climbing Mount Kilimanjaro via the Lemosho Route

Описание к видео Climbing Mount Kilimanjaro via the Lemosho Route

A vlog documenting my 8 day trek to the summit of Kilimanjaro via the Lemosho route.

Standing at 5,895 meters above sea level, Mount Kilimanjaro is a dormant Stratovolcano which can claim to be both the tallest mountain in Africa and the largest free-standing mountain in the world.

Arguably the most beautiful of the seven main routes to the summit, the Lemosho route ascends via the west side of the mountain, starting at an altitude of 2,100m and taking 7-8 days to complete.
In total the route is 65 km with 4,967m of ascent and 5,585m of descent.
