VALUE (Character)
Gal 5:22, Colosians 3:12,
Your qualifications may employ you but Character will promote you. Character is what distinguishes you.
When everybody has what you have, its your character that distinguishes you

VALUE (SKILL)
1Kings 7:13-14
*Every king is searching; if they don't find you, you're most likely not the kind they're looking for.
*Nobody finds a skillful man with character and cannot forego any other excesses to keep that man.
*Many believers have character but do not have skill
*Character is important but character doesn't turn products to services
*Competence will pay you again and again.
*Mediocrity will always produce beggers.
*You must be competent
