Thermoforming Corian Solid Surface Material - Heating and Bending

Thermoforming Corian takes a big oven and a form to mold the piece. We heat the material until it's nice and hot all the way through to the middle.

As we place it on the mold, we have just a few minutes to bend it and get it clamped down. And then we wait. When it completely cools, we can continue with the project.
