Funny Story 11: SURPRISE! I've been keeping this song's existence a secret for over a year now, and I actually can't believe it stayed a secret all this time!
I had originally planned to finish this, Boss Rush Tier 5 and Draedon and release all of them at once to jumpscare literally everyone, but since those have been taking longer than anticipated (who saw that coming WOW) I thought I'd post this to tide you guys over in the meantime. Sorry for the long wait. :p
Funnily enough, this was mostly made in a spur of motivation in late-January 2023 and I'm incredibly happy with how this turned out - though the latter half of the production process dragged ALL THE WAY into November 2023. This feels far more complex and evolved in comparison to the rest of my boss rush tracks, and I'm so glad I actually put more effort into this one. It's actually made me consider going back and redoing tiers 1-3, but maybe that wouldn't be worth my time.
As for where it fits into the story: This is where the realisation kicks in, this is no ordinary trial - this is a trial of the gods.
