This quick workout can give kids a few inches of height, since we know that physical activity can determine childhood growth and height. But to reach their maximum growth potential, kids must also have a good nutrition, which includes essential vitamins and minerals that are needed for growth. This workout features flexibility routines to extend the limbs and help maximize growth spurt, calf stretches and alternate leg-kicking exercises that can lengthen the lower body and limbs and we also have side planks that can give the legs a good stretch and make them look thinner and longer.
