Potter began her Valorant career as one of the most decorated players in Women's Counter-Strike history.

But after some early stumbles, she stepped back from the front lines to take a new role: coaching a squad of young players and her former teammates. Few believed in Evil Geniuses' Valorant lineup, and many were skeptical of Potter's decisions leading them from behind the scenes.
