It's a common worry among parents in the U.S. that their kids are spending too much time online, on their smartphones or playing video games. In China, "Web Addiction" has been declared a national health crisis. Doctors there consider it a clinical disorder. A documentary called "Web Junkie" goes inside one of the Chinese rehab centers created to deal with the problem. We asked one of the documentary directors if the teen boot camp approach is working in China and if it could be effective in the U.S..
