One of the features it has is an all-new multipath sensor that delivers continuous heart rate tracking for exercise and when you sleep. You can change the dial and add a custom one. It shows you notifications from your smartphone. You can control the music app of your smartphone from the smartwatch. It also has an app to track your exercise. It has a 180 mAh battery, charging time is fast and from my usage, it lasted two and a half days.
