Fort Bragg, NC Hell Day Event by SOCOM Athlete. GySgt Ryan Burke, a Force Reconnaissance Marine and Basic Reconnaissance Course (BRC) instructor takes students through a 10 minute evolution of the "Deep End Cards." The 12 hour Hell Day event features 2 hours of intense pool training designed to build resiliency and water confidence.

Do you have what it takes for a career in U.S. Special Operations? SOCOM Athlete has conducted over 60 Hell Day Events nationwide since 2018, open exclusively to individuals ages 16+ aspiring to join the military for a career in Special Operations. Hell Day participants are immersed into a challenging 12-hour day to see if they have what it takes to become the best of the best.

Hell Day instructors include active duty Navy SEALs, Army Green Berets, Air Force PJs, and other elite U.S. Special Operators. Hell Day events feature world-class training locations and facilities, bringing students onto the finest military bases in America.

Each event includes a Fitness Test, Pool/Water Training, Rucking, Obstacles, Log PT, Team Problem Solving, and more. Qualified rescue personnel and medical equipment is staged at all times, providing a closely monitored safe environment for participants of all ability levels.

The experience gained from Hell Day events develop lessons learned, powerful memories, and strong bonds that last a lifetime.
