Unboxing BoxyCharm by IPSY April 2024

My first Boxy Charm Box by IPSY. I received most of my items. The liquid eyeshadow was missing from my Boxy Charm box. This was the first subscription box I received from IPSY. I ended up having to contact customer service twice to get the missing item. The item hadn’t left the factory after contacting customer service the first time. I waited a little over two weeks before contacting them again about the missing item that hadn’t left the facility yet. They apologized and sent another one. I ended up having to wait an extra month to receive the missing eyeshadow. They both ended up leaving the facility and arriving at the same time. I noticed the shipping label was damaged on the first one they tried to send. So, I ended up getting two of them.
