Tasty brown Bread Upma:

Ingredients:
- Brown bread slices: 3 cups (cut into small pieces)
- Onion: 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
- Tomato: 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
- Oil: 2 tablespoons
- Green chili: 2 teaspoons (finely chopped)
- Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chili powder: 1/2 teaspoon
- Garam masala: 1/2 teaspoon
- Tomato ketchup: 3 tablespoons

Preparation Method:
1. *Prepare Bread:*
- Cut the brown bread slices into small pieces and set aside.

2. *Cook the Base:*
- Heat a pan and add 2 tablespoons of oil.
- Add finely chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
- Add finely chopped tomatoes and green chilies. Mix well and cook until tomatoes turn soft.

3. *Add Spices:*
- Add salt, red chili powder, and garam masala. Mix well.

4. *Incorporate Ketchup:*
- Add 3 tablespoons of tomato ketchup. Mix well and cook for about 3 minutes.

5. *Add Bread:*
- Add the bread pieces to the mixture. Mix well to ensure the bread is evenly coated with

- Sprinkle a little water on top of the bread mixture.
- Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 5 to 7 minutes on low heat.

7. *Final Touch:*
- Remove the lid, stir the upma, and fry on high flame for 1-2 minutes for a slightly crispy texture.

8. *Serve:*
