Every 15 Minutes (2022) - Calistoga

Every 15 Minutes is a national initiative to end drunk and drugged driving among teen drivers. Created by community groups and partially funded through the federal Department of Transportation, the initiative is embraced by high schools throughout the country.

Part of Calistoga, California's weeks-long program is a simulated crash involving students, and witnessed by the entire high school student body. This year, the crash (and a back story leading up to it) were filmed and the production was edited over night so it could be shown at the assembly the following morning.

The objective is to show students the many losses and rippling consequences that can result from one poor decision.
