A Taste of Rhode Island - Pane E Vino & Massimo

We're getting a taste of two of Federal Hill's most award-winning restaurants: Pane e Vino and Massimo, both owned by the DeQuattro family. Pane e Vino opened fifteen years ago and is a favorite of those seeking a rustic, authentic southern Italian culinary experience. Massimo, opened in 2016, features authentic, modern, regional Italian dishes in a stylish, sophisticated setting. Both are mind-blowing. In this episode we'll be joining their chefs for preparations such as "crazy water" halibut with sardinian cous-cous , spaghettoni a la carbonara, and Massimo's outrageous seared scallops with sweet corn risotto and crispy brussel sprouts.
