This week I'm making a Japanese Fruit Sando! Today's version is a Strawberry Cream Sandwich. The recipe is very simple and delicious it works great as a dessert! To cut short prep time, you can use store-bought whipping cream like Cool Whip or Reddi Whip, but I wanted to show you how to make the cream from scratch! It's very easy and you can control how sweet you want it!

10 strawberries (or more depending on the size of your bread and berries)
4 slices white bread

2 tsp sugar
