Fury does not spare anyone, but the way we manage it differentiate between sickness and
health on the long term. Tukaram gives solutions on how to manifest fury, on how to calm
down in a tense moment – and this is the starting point of a journey towards internal
healing. This healing is in direct connection to the growing up towards maturity, not to the
healing of the wounds of the inner child – a concept Tukaram views as mistaken, but he
explains why.
