First, I’ll show you how to put it together - it’s easy, you don’t even need a screwdriver. There is no large manual that comes with the unit, just this 2 page sheet with instructions. Put the pedestal base down. There are two tubes one long and one short. Put the long tube into the base, then the short tube. The grill base goes next, this is the grease tray which goes inside. The pointed end should be in the center of the grill. Just set the tray in these tabs. Then the actual non-stick grill, this goes into the slot. This is the lid and handle. Screw on the rubber-ringed fastener to attach the handle to the lid. The temperature control probe has 5 settings. Make sure it is in the off position and Insert the probe into the slot and plug in the unit. Before using wash all the parts in warm soapy water and dry.
You can use the grill on the pedestal like this or remove the base and put it on a counter. Just make sure your counter is heat resistant. You can use this grill outdoors or indoors.

Set the temperature, I’m using the #4 setting because that’s recommended for chicken and vegetables. I found the manual for similar models at the George Foreman website. Link to the manual:

Put the lid on and heat the grill for 10 minutes.
Remove the lid, now we’ll cook bell peppers, onion and chicken breasts, I’ve put a bit of olive oil and salt on the vegetables.I’ve marinated the chicken in yogurt and spices. I can fit 6 medium chicken breasts on this side. This is a non stick surface so use wooden or plastic utensils to avoid scratching the surface. Put the lid on. I’ll turn the food over in 6 minutes. While cooking, you can turn the lid handle clockwise to open vent for drier cooking. The light on the probe may go on and off to maintain the set temperature while cooking.
It’s been six minutes, let’s check the food. There are Grill marks on the vegetables. The chicken has faint grill marks probably because of the wet marinade. If you’re using just dry spices and a little oil, there would be marks on the meat. Let’s turn the chicken so there’ll be grill marks across the meat. Put the lid on and I’ll cook this for another 6 minutes. When turning food, you can place the lid on the edge of the grill, the fastener will hold it on the edge.
It’s been 12 minutes total, the peppers are tender. The chicken looks cooked. I’ll cut into a piece and check it. The chicken is perfectly cooked and very juicy. The onion has nice grill marks on it and is also tender. If you use medium size chicken breasts and cut peppers into big pieces like this, everything will be finished cooking at the same time, so you don’t have to remove the vegetables first and keep cooking the meat. Everything seems to cooked pretty evenly. The smoke alarm did not go off while cooking. The room of course smelled of the chicken but there was no smokiness so it seems to work well for an indoor area. There was no plasticky smell which is good. When you’re done cooking, turn the probe to off. The indicator light will go out. You can keep your food warm by leaving the temperature to setting 1. The handle here is cool to the touch.
Unplug the unit and let it cool completely before cleaning. All the parts can be hand washed in warm soapy water. Don’t use anything abrasive.The side with the peppers wipes off very easily. The side with the meat will definitely need a little more work but the nonstick surface was not difficult to clean. Empty the grease tray after each use. Dry all the parts before using. The probe, just wipe with a damp cloth and dry.

Overall this grill seems to be a good value for those who want to grill indoors or on their patio without worrying about charcoal or gas. The 15 inch width is large, holds a good amount of food and cooks the food quickly. As always, I hope you found this review useful.
