I’m an APMP certified bid writer, writing tender responses since 2017. I’ve worked for 2 tender writing companies, each one with its unique approach to writing tender responses.

I’ve been fortunate enough to work with some amazing, versatile clients in so many industries, that I didn’t even realise existed or you could tender for. From electric scooters, to cleaning robots, construction projects and servicing and maintenance contractors… And my personal favourite: catering tenders; could be down to my love for food and being able to include photos of food in tenders. The best part of my day, even if it did make me a little bit peckish…

I’ve gained so much experience since 2017, learning from personal experiences and by working with 2 different tender writing companies, I slowly started to develop my own approach to tendering.

During that time, I’ve seen the approach and techniques that work well. This included feedback from successful tenders, as well as learning how to improve my writing technique from negative feedback and tenders that didn’t succeed.

With the experience, I developed my own, best practice approach – thus Best Practice Bids was born.

I offer support with tender completions, writing services as well as consultations, proofreading and advice.
