Today we are trusting once again in rebrickable.com for another cool unique one of a kind 16 x 16 home build. Again this one is brought to you by Brick Artisan. I just want to quick say thank you to the designer of this Rebrickable design. For this model we only needed one set of the Lego Friends Heartlake Community Center set #41748 with 1,513 pieces. This set normally is made for young children around the ages of 8. But, I discovered this model by cruising Brick Artisans catalog of builds. Once I found this model, I thought this would be a crazy but fun addition to the city, plus I would call it my daughters house. As you know, I have a desire to make a row of three 16x16 multi story houses in my Lego city to separate the ocean from the forest. So this model makes a excellent final addition. The build itself was rather easy, and only take 1,400 or the 1,513 pieces. Luckily on this set there wasn’t much to rearrange to better suit my needs. I just needed to change the front tiling, move the tree, the light post, and the bench. Setting the set into the city I did reorganize the trees and beach decor to complete the scene. Reviewing this set we see a cool garden area on the roof. With a nice garden and water tower. Going down a floor we have a nicely detailed fun hobby area. This area has a game corner, a art corner, among other things. The bottom is a full out studio for music. Here you find a piano, guitar, microphone, and a computer. I really enjoyed the build, but love the outcome even more with its crazy colors. To see the idea take shape to separate beach from the forest in the Lego city is very rewarding. If you are looking for something different on your next Lego adventure this is a excellent option under $150 US. We do wrap up this video with a random Lego haul. I visited my local Bricks and Minifigs and picked up these used sets, the 2019 Dodge Challenger & Charger Speed Champions set #75893, the First Order TIE Fighter set #75101, a 1999 Star Wars Landspeeder set #7110, and the Harry Potter the Knight Bus set #75957. I did grab a new in box 2021 Speed Champions Mopar Dragster and Challenger. Then at Target, I also found the Marvel The Guardians Ship set #76193 for just $62 new in box!
