Hello!

This is my first full video in a long time. And no...it is not NaruHina. :) Those videos will come out eventually after the Confession anime episode it released. I just wanted to get this one done before I went onto working on finishing my NaruHina ones.

I finished this anime series a couple of months ago and fell in love with it. I love its main, female character Shuurei its ancient China-like setting, its amazing and lovable characters, and its political focus. I also loved the fact that though it is classified as Shoujo, its main, female was not focused on romance but instead on helping people through a political career.

Though, that focus of hers became an annoyance as well. Hence, my pairing video here.

Poor Ryuuki... He is the Emperor of Saiunkoku and my favorite character after Shuurei. He was also the poor man who had to fall head-over-heels in love with a woman who is not looking to fall in love with anybody. Though despite this annoyance, I could not help but fall in love with this pairing and give it the label of my second OTP.

I am in love with this type of pairing. I love a pairing that learns from each other, encourages one another, and possibly work together to bring a better future for the world around them. This pairing is an amazing representative of what as I believe NaruHina is as well.

Though this pairing to me seems like an opposite NaruHina pairing with the guy being like Hinata and the girl being like Naruto. Shuurei is the one who has a destiny and is working her butt off to carry out her dream. She also doesn't focus too much on romance along her journey. Ryuuki is the one who has loved her from the beginning, was inspired to become a better person because of her, and does his best to help her along her way. And the one who gets second priority to the dream she tries to follow.

Shuurei and Ryuuki in themselves is an interesting pairing that I can see being amazing if only they can find a way to be together. Ryuuki loves people and is able to open his heart completely to people, but has trouble gathering people to himself. Shuurei is the opposite in fact that she inspires people to her but has trouble opening her heart up to anybody. Especially in love.

I haven't read all of the light novels after the series, so I don't know if they end up together, but I think it would be tragic if they don't. I guess it is just a case of of that they will be fine in life without each other, but their best life will be with each other and I can't help but wish that for them.

I hope everyone can enjoy this video! I enjoyed making it. I used this video to practice my timing and precision. Also, to try some effects that aren't too opposing, but still effective.
