The game world changes depending on the season: for example, lakes will freeze over in winter and allow players the ability to explore regions of the game world that would be inaccessible during other seasons The seasons are fixed across the game's servers, meaning that all players will experience the same conditions at the same time.
Playground Games have also announced plans for two expansion packs for the game.
Due to licensing issues, no cars from Mitsubishi, Toyota (with the exception of some racing/offroad trucks), and Lexus will be featured in the game.
