High-Protein Moong Dal Beetroot Dosa 🌱 | Weight Loss Breakfast | Gut-Friendly & Iron-Rich Meal
Ingredients (Serves 1 | Makes 2 Dosas)
1. For Dosa Batter:
Moong Dal (Green Gram), soaked: 1 cup (~200g)
Beetroot, grated: 1/4 cup
Green Chilli: 1 small
Cumin Seeds: 1 tsp
Ginger: 1/2 inch piece
Garlic: 1 clove
Salt: To taste
2. For Topping:
Paneer (Low-Fat), grated: 50g
Piri Piri Masala: 1/2 tsp
Fresh Coriander Leaves, chopped: 1 tbsp
3. Oil for cooking:
Ghee/Olive Oil: 1 tsp

1. Grind soaked moong dal with beetroot, green chilli, cumin, ginger, garlic, and salt to form a smooth batter. Add water if needed for consistency.
2. Heat a non-stick pan. Pour a ladleful of batter, spread it thinly, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
3. Sprinkle grated paneer, piri piri masala, and coriander on top. Cover and cook for 1-2 minutes until paneer softens.
4. Fold the dosa and serve hot with green chutney or yogurt.
