Salient Theme Global sections are made to let you display custom content in multiple places on your website according to the criteria you are provided so that you do not need to copy and paste the same thing over and over again.

This also applies to situations when you create a content like calendar, event list, logos carousel, etc... that you would like to reuse in multiple places around your website and this content often will need to be updated.

So to save time by going and updating each content copy individually we can use global sections and global sections element from the WPBakery page builder.

That way we will create content in the global section and sort of embed it in places we need it to be displayed.
