GOLF BACKSWING: Should You Pause At The Top?

In this golf backswing tip I'm talking about if you should pause at the top. This seems to be a question I get asked a lot so let's clear this up so you aren't guessing into the future.

in simple terms the pause at the top of the backswing varies depending on what you are working on and the time it takes you for this "thing" to register in your mind.

In my golf backswing I don't have a noticeable pause at the top. This is because I have done it a long time. Others have a more noticeable pause. The thing I don't like is coming to a complete stop at the top of the backswing.
