Log into your Back Office
Click on the Tab “My“
Click on the envelop with the “$” sign below which is written “Withdraw“
On the new window, modify where appropriate
Complete the form. Please remember to put in your bank payment details as it appear in you bank.
Click on save.
Fill in the details of the point you want to withdraw (Note: 1 CHY Point = 1 DOLLAR)
Put in your Payment Password
Submit
If you followed the described steps accordingly, your payment should hit your account on the payment day..
Please note that CHY pays every Friday of the week. Your payment request should come latest Thursday for you to be paid on Friday.

FOR COMPUTER USERS:
Log on to https://www.chymall.net with your login details
On the left corner TAB where you have your username, select “Withdraw“
Fill all the necessary information on the new window that opens up
Put your Payment password
Click on “Withdraw”

These are some things you did not know which no one will tell you.
You cannot withdraw Chy Points less than 20.
You will be charged 5% of the Withdrawal Amount during withdrawal.
Payment is usually on Fridays and weekends.
Processing of payment is on Friday morning
Every withdrawal should be made before Friday morning if and only if you want to get paid that week.
If you are in Nigeria, you’ll need UBA or Zenith bank account to get paid.
You can transfer points to another Member and get paid on cash (if you do not want Chy mall to charge you 5%).

How do you withdraw from Chymall
You can withdraw using BTC or Bank account.
If you have a BTC wallet address, you can update your chy mall profile account. And during withdraw, select the BTC option to get paid there.
