Post-Baccalaureate Premedical graduate Jasmine Bazinet-Phillips left a teaching career in her hometown of Baltimore, Maryland to pursue a career in medicine. After completing UVM's Post-Bacc Premed program, Jasmine splits her time between a research project at UVMMC in the Emergency Dept. and conducting hearing screenings in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit while she is preparing for the MCAT. Jasmine shares her experience going into the hospital everyday to work during the Coronavirus pandemic and how this work has affirmed her goal to becoming a doctor.
