Hiking In The Desert: Douglas Springs Campground in Tucson, Arizona

I finally hiked up to Douglas Springs Campground in the Rincon Mountains near Tucson, Arizona. As part of Saguaro National Park, this is a beautiful spot for a day hike. Shot entirely on iPhone 16 Pro.

This hike is a steady climb with a 2300 foot elevation gain in about 6 1/2 miles. For a shorter hike, you can hike the same trail up to the Bridal Wreath Falls and Ernie's Falls. The junction is just shy of three miles from the trailhead at the end of Speedway Blvd. in Tucson.
