1 cup long grain rice
1/4 cup oil (for toasting rice)
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup tomato sauce or crushed tomatoes
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp black pepper
