To mark three years since the UK-EU Trade and Cooperation Agreement came into effect, we’re bringing together an expert panel to take stock of the state of the relationship. How far have Rishi Sunak and the Windsor Framework improved the ‘mood music’, and what have been the consequences of this? How could the relationship change in the years ahead, as the two sides face up to new global challenges including Ukraine, AI and Net Zero transition?

Panel
Chair: Anand Menon, UKICE
Lindsay Croisdale-Appleby, Ambassador and Head of the UK Mission to the European Union
Pedro Serrano, Ambassador of the European Union to the United Kingdom
Catherine Barnard, UKICE
