This video covers the Dominant 7th with a #4/#11 type chord voicings found on the first four strings of the Guitar (1234) string family on "G".

The basic associated harmonies for G7#11 are D minor/maj7, F Major7th#5, B minor 9 b5, and Db7#9/b9 . These chords are derived from a D Melodic Minor scale and represent a "Lydian Dominant" type chord sound.
