Ingredients for Kadhu Ki Erissery(Pumpkin Erissery)
Pumpkin 250 g
Red Cowpea (Lal Chawli) 150 g
Green Chilli 3 Nos
Shallots 4 Nos + 2 for tadka (Total 6 Nos)
Cumin Seeds(Jeera) 1 teaspoon
Grated Coconut 1 Cup + 4 tablespoon for tadka(Total 150 g)
Turmeric Powder(Haldi) Half teaspoon
Coconut Oil 2.5 tablespoon
Mustard Seeds Half tablespoon
Dry Red Chilli 3 Nos
Curry Leaves 2 Nos
Salt to Taste
