This is a 100% walkthrough for Soul Reaver with my custom enabled textures I made for the game. I have skipped the intro FMV and credits are available as part of the playlist. Timestamps are listed further below.

Unfortunately, playing in widescreen causes the wraithblade to be slightly misaligned and does not match Raziel's position in cutscenes. However, as there is no culling in this mode and the Glyph menu and screen effects are stretched to fit the screen, I decided this was the preferred option (widescreen cheat in Flycast video options). In comparison, the regular widescreen has the wraithblade displaying correctly but just makes the sides of the 4:3 visible which causes noticeable culling and all the screen effects only occur in 4:3 portion of the screen.

Be aware there is occasional stutter when a large explosion happens (furnace activation and boss soul devouring) or there are too many particles on screen. There is also a slight stutter at the Pillars scene when Raziel points at Kain (not sure why but it happens every time). I had to do 2 edits (1 when I slipped up a tube in Cathedral and another when I could not get up the draft in the Lighthouse, 60fps can sometimes make things harder), other then that the run is uninterrupted and I only saved at the Warp gates.
