Department of Veterans Affairs SUED | Lawsuit Against DVA

The Department of Veterans Affairs sued by veterans charity "Swords to Plowshares" and their lawsuit against DVA is the topic of today's video.

The Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims recently denied a petition by the DVA concerning the Characterization of Discharge lawsuit taking place. I talk about why this is important.
