GTA 5 Online - Warehouse Special Crates. I lose the second Brickade 6X6 on the train tracks. I get distracted shooting at the Police Helicopter and the train clobbered me. Karma? Using R* game recorder I didn't even get to keep the explosion. It always stops the save before you die. Double rip-off!
